When moving in or out, it is necessary for you to provide the Management office with:
1. The moving company’s name, address, phone number.
2. A security check for $500 (returned to shareholder upon inspection).
3. A Certificate of Liability Insurance showing the shareholder, Cadman Towers, Inc. and Tudor Realty Services as additional insures.
4. A signed move in/move out Agreement.
The shareholder is fully responsible for all costs of removal of any items left in the public areas such as hallways or stairways.
